Using the Services
You must follow any policies made available to you within the Services.
You may use our Services only as permitted by law. We may suspend or stop providing the Services to you if you do not comply with our Terms or policies, or if we are investigating suspected misconduct.
Our Services may help you access content on the internet. The entity that makes that content available is solely responsible for it. We may review content to determine whether it is illegal or violates our policies; if we reasonably believe that content violates our policies or the law, we may remove or refuse to display it. That does not mean we review content in every case—please do not assume that we do.
Notifications
While you use the Services, we may send you announcements, service-related notices, and other messages. You may opt out of non-essential email notices. Essential notices include account activation, password recovery, and similar messages required for the Services to function.
Accounts
Warmey identifies your account using the third-party account you authorize for sign-in. Protect the credentials for that third-party account. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized use, contact us immediately so we can help protect your data and restore service where needed.
Modifying and terminating the Services
We may continuously change and improve the Services—for example by adding or removing features. You may stop using the Services at any time.
About these Terms
We may modify these Terms or any additional terms that apply to a Service—for example to reflect changes to the law or to our Services. You should review the Terms regularly. We will post notice of modified additional terms in the applicable Service. Changes will not apply retroactively and will become effective fourteen (14) days after they are posted, or later if stated. However, changes addressing new Service features or made for legal reasons will be effective immediately. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you should stop using the Services.
